Didn't work on my e398@roks 
The menu strings doesn't appear on this skin  Sad
I think that this happen couse the 12 lines menus. I've made a mod on another skin so it shows 9 lines. (It was the best I could do). With 9 lines, each line has only a few pixels to show the text. When I tried to decrease the number of height pixels in each line(so i could increase the number of lines), the lines (text) was not showed anymore.

Could it be couse of my flash/flex/MP? Does this skin work well in your E398?  Huh?

The icons work perfect.. But there are problems with the texts.
