Guy you should know that elf's supports our languages mostly placed in elf folder or on /a/mobile/system (for DAR)
they are *.lng files (you can edit with text editor like notepad).

Language for informer store in /a/Elf/system/informer.lng
to turn off elf, try by press  * then # then red button

You can edit it from your phone. Use minicommander or another text editor apps..

@rxrobo yup it sound easier but for new user could be hard btw. he must copy russian text to translator on PC.
1. Open P2ktools
2. Press Refresh
3. Got /a/mobile/system
4. Select your file
5. Press download
6. Edit and save file
Again: 1, 2, 3, 4
7. Press upload
8. Press restart
