Yes, I know that. We do it for two years already in Bulgaria. It happens to be failure on few places, where the electrical network failed due to the high load pressure when everybody started their TV's and lights at the same time |

I think this is the first year my country joined, and only in the capital city, Jakarta... So would be my first experience... Even thought, I doubt people in my place will do it...  Well, even my mom won't do it... But at least, I'll do what I can... |
