Is it 100% not working? Check the port ("jack") on phone, are all contacts there ? If they are, have you cleaned them? You can do it with a toothpick, just to remove dirt/dust, easily.

And when you connect charger, have you tried moving it around (changing the angle at which its connected to the phone), or pushing it a bit more to the phone?

well its not 100% dead.
it works when i push it very hard to down position.

bt how long can i hold it.!!!

i cleaned it bt no result.
all ports are one their place bt the charger ones r a bit moved 4rm their position.

i made them straight bt the problem is still in same shape.

its not working untill i push it hard to down position. :'(

alternative way:

- remove unused pin from the jack,
-if the used pin jack is more deeper than others, try to pull it out
-if needed, change the pin that moving deeper with more long pin,
- buy a new jack

but if the trouble is in Ur phone port, the best way is change ur port with new one

other way is buying a bluetooth dongle for pc, with it you can send the files via bluetooth, and it works with many phones, before i have 2 phones like yours, and the only way to send files to them, was sending them, via bluetooth, from pc, or from other phone, is more slow than usb cable, but works
