Thanks to

Here is my simple yet very effective tutorial on converting videos.
This tutorial basically produces pretty good quality videos with acceptable audio with minimal lagging.
The only lag that I have encountered is on videos that exceed around 10 minutes so if you just have a few small clips this is perfect.
Things You Need:
Super (converting program). Can be downloaded from
HERE or
HEREA connection to a computer (cable/card reader/bluetooth)
How To Do It:
Ok. Basically once you have installed the Super program you need to change the settings.
Once you have done that, it is just a matter of dragging a video into the area and clicking 'Encode Now'.
Once encoded, simply upload the file to your mobile (it helps to have a transflash card to hold the videos).
Note: The encoded video will appear in the same folder as the original video.
Settings:
1. 3gp (Nokia/NEC/Siemens) in 'Output Container'
2. h236 in 'Output Video Codec'
3. amr_nb in 'Output Audio Codec'
Video
4. 176 x 144 in 'Video Scale Size'
5. 11:9 in Aspect
6. 15 in Frame/Sec
7. 85 in Bitrate
8. Tick High Quality Box
Audio
9. 8000 in Sampling Freq
10. 1 in Channels
11. 56 in BitrateThat's all there is to it.
Here are some other presets you may use. They also produce quality videos with good sounds (AAC). But,the phone will be slow in responding to volume up/down, pause etc..
