I am a driver from 5 years and today sadly I got my first fine. My phone ringed and I got it out of my pocket to stop it from ringing. A policeman saw that and he thought that I was talking...

Now I must pay 50 levs (25EURO) Sad

Wow....you must be a very good driver....but in my place,there is more than one way to pay the fine....such as giving the police some 'donation'.....

Yup, in my country, bikers use their phone (receipt call or read sms) when they driving a motorcycle.
Very dangerous...

actually,law is changing very soon. 50cc motorcycles with 14 years, 125cc with 16, over 125cc with 21 years... And to get car lincece you have to go to school first and it last about six months and it cost about 500 euros... That's coming very soon  Sad
I had luck anyway, I have licence for motorcycle (I can ride every bike,no meter how many cc) and for car,so these expensive pays... Bye Smiley
and fines,well I payed only one at 2006, when I bought scooter (125cc)... after that happened I get licence and started to ride legaly Smiley

wasn't able to pay, because "it is not ready"... They extended the fine with one month
