luckily i live in a small town.....pollution is still minimal......but the problem with cycling is that it give me a bicycle athlete legs,but my upper body still look like a couch potato's shape.....

actually "P" sticker is a must for 2 years after get the license no matter whose vehicle u drive or ride. some politicians say malaysia is a police country. police always see when u make anything wrong. even u can be in captivity for 2 years without ur case can brought to court!

Same here in Indonesia.I had ever caught by police coz I forgot to use helmet..And I gave the police only $1 and he let me go..LOL.

It depends on the country Phil.. 1$ is a good amount here in India.. If we do not wear helmet, the fine is 2$ here..

well, actually 'the donate' is depends on our negotiation. my brother and i had donate less than $ 1 (about Rp 8.000,-) because we pass the wrong line

yeah, i agree. at that moment i still in collage, really dont hav any money. my brother is jobless. that's all we hav. sadly, the policeman still want that 'donate' although we dont hav any... that's a shame
