If you are using startmenu for EP1,you only need write this in StartMenu.ini :
Register=0x3D1
But if you are using startmenu EP2,you need to write the reg code in auto.run,for example on mine :
file://c/Elf/StartMenu/Start_Menu.elf 0x3d1

So like said @jzzz if you want open it by EP1 just edit register in Start_menu.ini file for chat.
But if you want open it by EP2 you have to: edit register in Start_menu.ini file for chat and edit auto.run for EP2 (add register: example- file://b/Elf/StartMenu/Start_Menu.elf 0x3d1

I am trying to configure the motocmd 2.0 and always gives me failure
attached files so anyone can configure motocmd2.0 to run with aim
