but i didn't want to...

that was a mistake...

so.. it started to install something on my phone
and my phone just turned off
and now i cant turn on it

help meee

Your phone still can to Boot Loader mode? May be u need use short pin method.
Try to undo the patch or restore your backup.

the first question i would ask is if your e398 is original(R372) or it has been modded to rokr. if not you should first convert it to rokr(R373).

Hi mate, have u read n understand all the guides?
May be u need force boot method to go BL mode. <short 4+5 pin then insert the battery>
Battery will not problem if the phone say 'OK to program'
If u Follow the guides, it will no problem 4 you.

try to download motorepair studio demo,
after u install the software, try to connect ur phone to PC (using ur own usb cable)
after the cable connected, try to turn on the phone( with only pressing the red button, or pressing *+# red button)

my phone still detected even if the screen or the keypad lights don't turn on

then select ur phone type(in moto repair studio demo), then click repair,

u'll know the next step...
