Fill the digits 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9 in a way that the number "?" will be lowest possible

[ ][ ][ ][ ] + [ ][ ][ ] = 2006 +[?]

Oh and by the way - proof that what you found is the lowest possible Smiley

keaglez found number 1. And it is the lowest from 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9. So it is the lowest possible.
