@konspirasi, only Megaman 7 but sometimes and Chrono Trigger...rest plays smoothly for me to comfortable gaming;]

WTF, there are no Sonic games on SNES, Nintendo and Sega having been rivals back then.
Maybe these are unofficial fangames or ROM hacks?

Anyways, here is my TOP 4 (as I am not that of a SNES player):

1. The Legend of Zelda: A Link To The Past (easily one of the best SNES/GBA games ever) / The Legend of Zelda: Parallel Worlds, an impressive hack of this game with a completely new adventure.
2. Mortal Kombat 3 (... well, there's enough said about it, I presume ^^)
3. Super Mario All Stars + World (Super Mario 2 is the only game of this compilation tht actually works on E2SNES9X)
4. Super Bomberman 5
