what is DRM ?  what its use ?
change icon2,like that ?

The simple way to answer your question
DRM is all icons in your phone like signal icon, battery icon, send and receive SMS aanimation...etc

try to parse an MP with sxcodec than open the CG15.smg than you will find out what is DRM

Yup,flashing a new DRM changes the icons of battery,signal strength,Java icon etc which cannot be changed by installing new skins..

DRM also holds other important phone settings - for example all menu delays
