Hi to all, in tools menu i found the SIM applications so can someone tell me what is this, what is for?

mobile operators adds sim aplications to sim card so you can send premium sms(by choseing what you want to get). those are not usefull things like horoskope, sms games and others.

That will be your provider service menu. Usually lots of useless stuff inside
