My E398 stuck in 42R or 44R/DAR not be in flash to 49R.

if the flash in the DAR in not able to write a message but in standby can.

what should I do?

Just download my reviving tool
And follow the step from erasing ic flash

or you can flash your phone to another fw with F&B 2.06... try it...
