Hi guys a few days ago my phone started showing a message 'Invalid Battery'. The phone will not charge and there is no battery icon on top of the screen. Do you have any ideas as to what is causing this problem?

Your battery is too empty? I had that kind of problems...

You know that "battery signal" patch? It makes your phone stay on until battery is emptier than it would without that patch.

So I put an empty battery from a phone with Dream A Reality2 to a phone with stock 48R and it says "Invalid Battery" when I plug the charger in.

That's what I know from my experience (:

I don't know if that's the only way to get "Invalid Battery" message, maybe there are more! But that's what I know. Smiley

Yes, you could charge it with wires connected to the battery. If you original Motorola battery, than you can leave it overnight or something like that, original battery's have mechanism that will stop charging when full Wink

I have simiral problem. When I put the phone on charger it powers on and says insert SIM (it's inside) and there is no battery icon. And I can't start phone at all. It only starts when I plug the charger and... I described what happens. I have a desktop charger,so I charged the battery but I still can't start the phone. When I go to BL it says low battery aldo it's charged. What could it be?
And yea, my phone is ROKR with 07.D0 BL

Someone could tell me why battery can likes that?

@ Vadesh,
Yeah, When i got E1 with original FW. the battery is ok. It can charge normally.
But you know after i flash. I got that warning "invalid battery".
It's so funny when i push to BL. Battery indicate OK.
Now i don't use this battery although it's original.

Thanks,
