I have used starter xp monster pack on my E398 for more than 1 year, and there were no problems

I've re-flashed my phone.
Next, it was okey that the phone works normally
but when i turned it off again and try to turn it on, the same problem appears

please help
what should I do now?
ASAP

now I couldn't re-flash, because of low battery problem

thanks

If you have the same problem after flashing different MPs,then there must be something related to your h/w..

followup on the e-mail (sorry I cannot help here): He is not able to flash anything in bootloader mode, because when he connect his phone to the laptop he get "USB Device Not Recognized"...

I asked him to reinstall drivers, but it shows the same thing

Anybody to help?

it means that there is a problem in connecting the device
sometimes I got that messages too
it is because of the cable

try to give some pressure or tension on the cable connected to phone. For example by pulling, pushing, or another things.

after u charge your battery try to restore your backup first then let see if it works

do u think that there is a relation between battery and that problem?
could u please explain me your presume?

I thought that there was no relation with the battery.
because when the problem appeared, the battery still medium full. I even have reflashed (which cannot be done in low battery). It worked sucessfully after reflashed but unfortunately the same problem appeared when I turned it off again and trying to turn it on

thanks

sorry dude - I posted that in the wrong thread... deleted now Smiley Sorry again

On your problem - there is nothing else to do than find another or charge the existing battery (no other way around) and retry to flash something (if you have primary or secondary bootloader - no matter). Other way - service shop
