CPU frecuency - just writes the BogoMIPS string (that you can check with the program in telnet). Can be whatever you want
voltage - real in milivolts. As higher the frequency is - the higher the voltage needs to be. You should never put more than 1500 here, which the experienced users count as "the border", after which you can make a hole in your phone
system bus frecuency - the system bus speed. By default maximum 208000Khz
multiplier - this is doing the actual overclock. For example if you have 208Mhz system bus and you want 416Mhz processor, then you set the multiplier to 4.
memory frequency - the speed of the memory. By default 104000Khz
