E398 won't boot

Please, I need help. Yesterday my phone ran out of battery so I tried to charge it but it won't charge and the display showed the boot loader screen. When I unplugged the charger cable and press the power button to turn it on I got the boot loader screen too. Today I tried to power on but the same keep happening. Please anybody how do I fix this?

Edit:
Just tried to flash it with NaNO_MotoloverZZ[DUA]_by_ritza, FB3 recognize it but IMEI is blank. Did the flashing and FB3 said operation end but the phone went back to boot loader right after it finish flashing.

You must erase IC flash.

I downloaded the file and follow instructions on .txt file but after step (3) changing base addr 10000000 and click send binary and choosing '20000only.bin' file I can't get to 'ADDR 10020000'

Until you get The BL 07.DO with r372

I got the BL 07.DO with r372 and tried to flash with FB3 and MFF which done succesfully. But I always got the BL 07.DO boot screen everytime I tried to turn it on.

You done a mistake.
Follow this:
1.Erasing ic flash again using Ramldr till get the BL with r372 again
2.After that,open MFF and flash with 42r for all
3.Now the phone alive,and can using other MP.

I done this and I still stuck in the bootloader screen. Doesn't the missing IMEI has anything to do with this?
