Ring style changes to Loud when charger is plugged in - How to turn off?

I've said it all :-D When I connect the charger, ring style changes to Loud automatically, no matter which style it was in.

Does anybody know how to turn that off? I'm pretty sure it's a SEEM edit, but can't find it in the SEEM map Sad

Gain_ and param_table ? They couldn't possibly control this... jzzz, what patch? I've never seen a patch named "Prevent changing of ring style to Loud when you start charging"...?
