Hi Guys....

Do anybody know with this issue?? My ROKR E1 has problem with iTunes...!!!
Nothing happen when I pushed iTunes button Sad
This is the new phone, and I have not modified yet...
Please help me to fix this problem, thanks

Try deleting the iTunes folder from trans flash and see if it works.. (/b/iTunes/)

take to the service center... dont void the warranty if your phone is brand new

hello everyone.. i'm sorry for my bad english.. 'coz i'm indonesian..

why my iTunes cannot working??

and an message appear..

it's " iTunes is not supported on this platform"..

thnks for the troubleshouting..

what version do you use?
try to re-install. and make sure you install jad file with motomidman.

i was get trouble with java app too. the error message is "app is out of date".
i don't know why...i had re-install that app. then the probem solved. Wink
