EM30 going nutts!!!!

maybe you can help me guys.... my moto em30 is going nuts...... after a long time of using this and taking care of it, it jst went nutts yesterday.... it suddenly just turns off and on again... specially when im playing mp3s or jst not touching it does the same.... a big thanks  if someone cud help me with my problem.... .... im a newbie here....

well, i'm having the same issue and i would like for some of the old members on this forum to share some info on how to correct the discrepancy because i just got my phone but it's driving me crazy.
