Have you set the permissions 'user read data capability' and 'user write data capability'?
Set it to 'never ask'
Or try to reinstall it with motomidman, hope its work.

That's right,you must to full set of permission access java.
You need MMidman to install it.
Except you are using 79r,like unlimited moto,it doesn't need to use MMidman.
