Help! :( My E398 keyboard is dead...!

I have lost 3 e398 this way, the 4th is half way lost...
Well, the problem is short: Suddenly, my keyboard is dead. I can't use anything, except for the red key. My phone boots normally and I can change MP's, but it doesn't work. That makes me think is a  hardware problem. If I leave my phone off for some time, the keys are functional but only for a short period of time, then the keyboard dies again.
I really want to keep my e398 with me (my favorite phone). If someone knows what I can do to fix it, you'll make one person very VERY happy. Thanks in advance...

Yes, thats HW problem, but sometimes that problem happen cause your camera key always pressed.
Try disasembly the phone. And check it's work or not without phone chasing.

Try to disassemble and wet your using hair dryer especially for wet your keypad pcb.
If still like that,try to buy a new PCB keypad,it's quite cheap.

first check ur PCB keypad....
open and clean in every part of pad...
maybe ur keypad just dirty....
if still not change, maybe its true for advice from Mr jzzz.
so u must buy a new PCB keypad...

Just disassemble your phone. And make sure that no key keep pressed like ritza said

I have the same problem,only power button work. I see my button volum ring is in contact permannent.How can I solve this problem?Please help!
