Battery does not charge

Hello everyone i have a problem (obviously:)) , so as the topic says my phone (e398) does not charge the battery - even though it shows as being charged , nothing happens and sometimes it says "invalid battery"

and yes the battery is totaly fine, i can charge it using external chargers, so it must be the phone, even more so because it happened after i had to use test point to revive my phone

tried all the backups i had , numerous monster packs ,but nothing works

so im looking forward to any help

btw:  ramdlr refuses to erase my phone after the test point, so it may also be the cause

I ever got the same problem,it said invalid battery.
But when i try another battery the problem solved.
Or try to clean all gold pin in charge port using tootbrush.

Have you clean gold pin under the phone,gold pin on battery and battery connector from phone?
Make sure your charger not repair one.
Sometimes the resistor for charger was broken.

well agreed w/ jazz

after the pin cleaned just make sure there's no bulp sound while u put back ur battery to phone...
if u hear a bulp sound just repeat the way u put ur battery....
