please read tutor how to downgrade BL.. there already great explanation, and attached ramdldr too.
use search please.. then ask at that topic.

if u just want to change ur keypad lock, BL OA.02 is enought right?

Want downgrade your BL?
I put the BL 07.D0 in My MP,you can Download MP Mixed By jzzz.

Notice:
Make sure you really want to do this,bcoz it's very hard to make it back to OA.02
 
Here's the steps:
1.Open FB 3 or above
2.Use write data tab
3.Open step1 from folder flasher and flash.
4.Your BL will show to do step2.
Then,open step2 and flash.
5.Well done,your BL is 07.DO now.

download step 1 and 2 and read carefully how to make. if you read the tutor, you will see that is risky and risky. Azelearn (or tata 78 ? sorry i forgot) already attach the dwngrade kit
