My phone has a problem

Good morning,
This's my first latter. I hope you can be my friend.
Btw. I'm so sorry before disturb your time.
But i need your help for my problem.

Yesterday my moto has problem.
When i connect to my PC.the phone can detect.
Also when i set to P2k mode and AT mode.

When i set to boat loader. it's still ok and shown loader on screen.

But the problem is My phone can be flashed as before,
also in my pc can't detect on flash mode.

what was happened with my phone.
Please advise me what should i do to get it flash again.

Please help me.

do you have correctly installed the drivers??

i used driver pst 7.2.3
and FSB 2.62

Please advise....

1. remove memory card
2. make sure connector clean
3. download update driver
4. better use FlashBackup 3 or above (newer)
5. enter boot loader mode and select the Right MP with same BootLoader (07.DO or OA.02 ?)
