Hello guys,

I know i am very late for the 398modding party but i am here with my e398. Phone is getting pathetic signal or no signal inside the house. What's the best mp for the best signal reception.

Tried ; Nyugen, Motohell, Nano mps but they didn't make any difference.

Greetings, Sems.

As far as I expirienced, 42r based MPs have best signal reception. Maybe it's just in my head, don't hold me...

about signal, you can increase a litle more changing network configuration.

in speed you can change it, slow gives you long battery life, but less signal and call drops, medium is a balanced one, fast gives more signal minimun call drops, but less battery life and continous gives max signal possible, no call drops and less battery life.

also you can put the band to manual, and network too.

i hope this helps

MbuhGakEruh mp doesn't seem to make any difference. There's a problem with my 398's antenna. Any guides or threads about disassembly, detailed photos of the board ?
