every company that won't use android will suffer some damage. just wait and see. this is because when people have the money to buy something, they will make sure they buy the newest thing in the market. im in ib social anthropology high and that is the actual human behavior in modern times. of course, this only happens if the individual has the adequate resources to spend on a non vital object as a sophisticated cell phone.

I'm bit pessimistic when you say all company will adopt android, i think one company won't, that's nokia, since the symbians it owned already done to well, it doesn't really need to do expansion for android, Palm also, since WebOS is just in front of the door, i think it will prefer it rather than android, after all, palm user usuall like Palm Os better.

i still hav doubt in android to success..
maybe android is the best OS but remember..biggest market for a phone is going to normal user..not modders..most of them even never heard about android

People who keep buying phone won't care about the OS.... Android, symbian whatever.... Android have enough support to be successful, even nokia is interested in Android/Linux..... With the big G behind Android, that is for sure Android will success... IMO, one of the most important thing when people decide to buy phone (smartphone) is the available applications and games. This is where Nokia's Symbian and iPhone succeed...  |

yeah ur right, most probably wont know what the hell android os or symbian os or everything is, but im sure it would be impressive, and it will show off. It wont look as a a normal phone. just take a look at the zn5. people WILL know it is the latest shit

most of malaysian buying phone based on brand only..what they know is nokia & se as most shops selling these 2 brands only..they doesnt even know what is OS..they dont know that symbian/android/linux/even windows is an OS..very DUMB user
