Little Help

I need little help with this seem edit, if u can see in the screenshot the "From" is at the top, i want to get the "From" to its original place, i know there is a seem that takes care of this, but i dont remember the seem number (didnt even find it anywhere), if u guys can help me out with this seem edit it will be helpful..

I got this working. But the other problem is when i forward any message, the number is also displayed in the sender list. Check this screenie. U can also see the From number...
