What Firmware should i flash and how? please help..

So i had problems with my last flash... as u can read in my previous post...
I got the circuit board changed from motorola..
So this time i wanna be sure im doing the right thing.. so please help if u can..

Following are my previous details (after my phone came from the service centre):
Technology: Quad-Band GSM

After this i used motorola software update and now....

Following are my latest details as seen in RSD lite 4.2 (patched, i guess):

I would want to flash the following firmware:
Bestwebs-ECombo Mpkg-V1RFullFlash.

We have 2 files:
Bestwebs-E8-Combo Mpkg-V1R2-FullFlash
E8_06A3_KILL_RSA_unsigned

Someone, please find the time to give me details... even things like the exact settings in RSD..flex and device id...
Which file to flash first...wat steps to take.. Also my phone is completely charged..
Wat mode should i put my phone in etc...

In a few words you screw your phone up!
It has to be a 06.A3 boot, yours in 06.A9!!
The only fix is to take it to a MotoCenter  :'(
