They do opensource phones from a long time ago, however it's kind of fake (no manuals and documentation with the sources)

thanks phil, yesterday i've found the website for anyone who wants develope Java, WebUI (UIQ) and Android.it's name is MotoDev.here the website:

Uhh, motodev is quite famous among us already, ask people here where did they got the motorola USB driver, most of them came from motodev
