Hi guys! I'm thinking to implement the messaging bug fix from Revival project to my new firmware but i really don't understand: what kind of fix is that? - what is it doing? If you can explain me about it i will know for sure should i implement it or no. Thanks!

message daemon does not start automatically, just only after you go inside message icon on main menu.

For the complete answer, you should ask arctu...

Well, AFAIK, what it does is to make sure messaging process run after start up... See the S80Messaging and hopefully you will know how to use it... Smiley

Thanks for answers! Well i knew that it is someting like that - i already look at S80Messaging script - it's a simple one and it's just restarting the daemons... But when i compare after and before that script i see no differences, anyhow in Casseopeya - when using Kaleidoscope's task manager - the messaging process is running in any case - in S80Messaging mode and without it... so i think Casseopeya doesn't need it. And one more think - when i use that script the phone slows down for a minute or two, when it's powering on - it's because of that deamons restart. That is why i decide to ask you. Well, actually, maybe it's a good idea to ask Arctu - i will ask him and make further actions to implement it or no in my new firmware.
