My phone gets stuck when typing something

I recently accidentally dropped the phone (again) and now I cannot type anything
The phone gets stuck and I can bring it back to work only if I take the battery out and then back in.

For example, I cannot leave spaces in messages, so I divide the words with dots but then when I click SEND, it freezes again. Also, if I enter a symbol, it freezes, or when I try to edit a contact in the phonebook.

Any clue?

Really no clue :-| Tried taking it apart and then putting it back together? Or reflashing?

Some tips,though...You can send by pressing GREEN button (if you first choosen the contact>send message> written message then you can just press green)

It freezes when I also press the Green button

maybe you must,flash again your phone try whit other MP.if its still not work,maybe the problem in hardware

yea, try to flash with othr mp.. if still stuck, just disassemble ur phne n clean ur keytone..

i also suffered 4rm da same problem
 
but master cleared solved the problem.

master clear ur fone
bt b4 master clear backup ur contact and sms stored in fone memory.

Beware! Not all MPs can be Master Cleared Its easier to reflash, probably.
