Use driver tool first to uninstall all the drivers then reinstall the latest handset USB driver from Motodev site. I attach the driver tool.Just double click it.

Then it's maybe your Windows problem. Reinstall Windows could be the only way to fix this.

Sorry for reviving such an old post, but the same thing happened to me yesterday. Since reinstalling Windows is not exactly nice when you got it all set up the way you like it and this is the only thing wrong, here's what I did:
When you get the error, delete wdf01000.sys from C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\ (substitute c:\windows with your OS folder), then go into Device Manager, right-click the phone component marked with the dreaded exclamation sign of doom and despair, choose Update Driver > No, not this time (unimportant) > Install the software automatically.
You might get this error each time the phone is enumerated and new devices are being detected. In this case, just keep C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\ and Device Manager open. Exit the error by clicking finish, delete the pesky wdf01000.sys and restart the installation from Device Manager. Don't delete the file if you don't have to (when all components are installed) since it is being used. This seems to do the trick nicely, since I flashed my phone afterwards with no problems. (MagicX - thanks ilove3d!)
My guess is, the driver tries to copy this file even though it exists and is already being used, therefore giving you a fatal unexplained error (the best kind). The Driver Tool doesn't seem to solve this.
