E8 Music Library problem

i have a problem, so maybe somebody could help me?

when choose the "music" option, a pop-up appears saying "Refreshing your media list. Please wait..."

It's been refreshing my media list for an hour and still nothing. I don't know what to do.  And btw, when i select the "shuffle" option, i get the following message: your media files are synchronizing. please try again later.

My music is stored both on the microSD card and in the phone's memory.

P.S.: my Moto doesn't haver T-mobile firmware. I bought it as an unlocked from europe.

your firmware maybe imperfect firmware,,, reflash again by new firmware.
