Good Review From E8 Users Needed

As the topic said above,I do need some good reviews from all of U guys who are using Rokr E8.I'm planning to get one soon.I've sold my SE S500i which were heavily modded by me into W580i.I have enjoyed SE's modding.But I was easily getting bored with it. I think Motorola still serves the best modding experience above others.
What I want to know is :
-How is the sound quality? Is it loud enough from the single speaker?
-Does it lag if we scroll through the built-in media player?
-How is the response in writing SMS?

I think E8 modding will grow fast just like E2.It really makes me wanna get one soon when I login in this forum and seeing everything inside.

1) Louder than E2. In fact, it makes E2 sound crappy. It's on par with E1/E398... maybe better
2) Nope. I love the scrolling wheels. (omega wheels)
3) It's fine for me. I can write 2 page sms without much problem.



well, e8 is just my backup phone now. my main phone: Omnia. =D

wew, i have some opinion about this phone.
1. it is great in shape. some people said that it is elegant, tight, almost great shape phone.
2. i like touch pad, when you touch it, he will vibrate for response you. and also like i-pod. you can scroll the highlight menu by sliding your finger to sensitive line.. wew. if this phone is off, you only feel your finger in hard thing, no soft key in it.
3. the single sound is great and clear, loud.
4. i have the bad new. in-ear's phone is bad. although, the phone name is ROKR.
5. low response processing. you will not feel good if you run music and messaging in the same time. i dont know why.

not like my old E2
but i think if we use E2 ear phone, the sound will more better

It must be the problem with earphones, on mobile-review test they said sound is comparable to some of the best mp3 players,like iPods... But thats in quality, you are talking about loudness?

we are talking about quality, when you compare with the sony ericsson music edition, it will be so far behind. the sound is just very fine, but not powerfull, you will not hear bass music very well. I called it standard, it can not be priced to ROKR...

but, i have another idea to solve this problem. i will find good head-set to combine with my moto, such as AKG, Creative,... help me to choose it.

After my friend know that my phone can be moded (E398&E1) he want to mod his SE.

All SE DB2020 platform can be modded.But I think Moto has modding capability more than any SE phones.
