New S Blank Neptune Trouble with my Dead E398

what can I do when my phone dead when I tried to restore all of my phone backup?? in my PC still connected n appear S Blank Neptune. I try to flash with SW R372 99R/95R n R373 42/45/46/49R still in S Blank Neptune. so I try with Ramldr my phone can go to BL mode but Aprears like this in the screen :

then I try to flash with R373 based my phone can life again but the signal can be shown just emergency calls only

Try to flash R373_G_0E.30.42R_FOR_ALL, then restore your full backup
