Dead Moto - Help with TP pls

I am very upset ,yesterday all was good,but during the flash,the comp "stun" itself and FB broke down,and the result,dead moto.I tried all force boot methods,this is my second moto death ,but i used pin 4/5 short and it worked,but now,nothing happen.May be the second death is end.i'll try again pitiful attempts for my moto revival  :'(
PP: I don't wanted it,but may be my moto is the first phone in the moto modding,which can not be revive,can somebody help me ?

The phone can't start at all,when try with plugged usb and put the battery,the xp says me "not recognized" and the display of moto is black,my moto is E398 with MotoHell MP
PP: I don't know -TP or not ? Give me some help if you can,coz i don't want go to he service,coz the costs is big  :'( Now i am using TP and will see what will happen,wish me luck 

I use this http://e398essentials.wikispaces.com/Testpoint but the windows says not recognized  GROUND AND POINT,I SAW IN YOUTUBE SHORT THE TP AND PLACE NEAR THE CHARGER AT THE BOTTOM

the last method to revive a phone is Forced boot...

try to repair pds with moto repair studio..!

Just do something like this, take off ur battery! hold * + # together, then put ur batt again, then release * + #. Connect ur phone to MRS, I think u'll see that ur phone connected, event ur LCD show nothing then repair ur PDS... or u can do tata's revival method...
