GIF's - Speed up

Hello again,i have one problem,i use Easy Gif Animator and i'm pleased,but when i make delay even 0.1 ms,the gif in my comp flashes speed,i want this,but when i upload the gif in my phone,the gif flashes,may be half second,i want the speed i see in on my comp,is there anway to force my e398 make gif's works with bigger velocity ? I coppied the gif and slow the speed just for You to realize my question

Maybe the phone is too slow to show the Animation fluently (yeah, the E398´s power sux )

I have also noticed that with the GIF images. I think the phone is just too slow to process a GIF animation that fast just as nonotz said.

Nope There's fix,if you change the delay of animation to 0,01 s,the gif has bigger velocity,i used Easy Gif Animator
