problem in volume

I have problem in volume in every songs,
vol. becomes zero in between,or at the start,
I need to adjust volume in every song,including system tone.
Parallely my keypad stops to function sometimes,only the red button works.
I am using MotoHell monster pack, but this problem is occouring in other monster packs also.
Plz. suggest the fix.

hmmm, I don't understand u most clearly. Your volume is always at 0? You have to volume up every time? Maybe button stucks,chek for that.. and for keypad problem try to flash some other MP or you have to open your phone to clean the keypad

Yup, I think you should try to clean it good.. Sounds like some loose contact

 The agent of the problem: The circuit on the keypad panel is not clearly.

You must disassemble the phone and you look the keypad panel. Put out the panel and clean it with with compasses (with his sharp end)|CAREFULLY|  or compressed air. Clean the connectors and IC connectors. then put it and works.
