All is very simple:
1. Remove the battery
2. Hold * + #
3. Plug in the charger
4. Put the battery
5. Remove the charger
6. Plug in the cable

well, remember safety first prosedure mate..

i had flash my phone in not full charged. flashing stuck in the middle. i was do force boot all day to revive it with my friend's batt. dont make mistake like i did.
