my e398 always restart...please help me and hacked MRS

hi guys please help me. i got my e398 after getting into bootscreen, i' going to restart again and again. i try to use the backup, but it's juz the same. something wrong here. oh please help me...I try to use MRS v 1.2, but its juz the same. i use the hacked version that i got from xx.xx, if some body need the regular version you may get it there. juz go into xx.xx and search Motorola Reapai Studio and bla bla bla...you got it.
but please help me...whats wrong with my phone. after i use MRS, it juz stop in the end of 1st step. and finally my phone have new R364 on the screen...wuihh...i love this problem...hehehe
