Found a brand new E398, skinning question

Yesterday I found a brand new E398 at a cellular service provider. it was part of some old stock that was been sent back to suppliers. So I just had to buy it. I have been using a E2 for a year now and going back to the E398 I realise how much I have forgotten. I have already changed it to R373 and so on but now I want to add a few skins but can't remember how I used to do it or what program I used.
can someone help me out, I am quite rusty, but happy to have a shiny new E398 again!!

Well, you should use the SkinManager, check the topics in skins forum (its on the bottom)
