Cannot send sms !!

Attention Please!!! help needed
my moto e398 is giving problems.. i tried to type sms in write new message window but the phone gets hanged .. what to do ??
i can forward any messages in the inbox but could not type a word nor can rename anything ... ie can't even use the phone for writing anything .. hope u got what i'm trying to tell... plz reply thnx in advance

Flash some other firmware/whole MP, that should fix it

is it only happened in writing msg or u can't type anythin'? If it's yes, u need 2 check ur keypad...

i can dial a number ... can even do all other changes wid my keypad but whn it comes to write something it gets hanged ... also i tried to type using Tap English option,then i am able to type a letter or two nd again it hangs.. as far as my knowledge i think there might be problem in the Itap user dictionary or something like tht.. is it ?? all other functions of the keypad are normal except the typing or saving text .. plz help
