How to license a software?

Does anybody knows the procedure to get a license (some opensource for example like GPL or whatever) for a software (that I developed)?

no idea.. do you mean to get a license for OEM product, if the product is Open Source there is no need to have a paid license..

GPL = u make program and your program must be open-source & free.
Someone make a new program from your source. And he must make it GPL, he can't make it commercial

How about if you made program and in the future version you want it to be commercial?
YOU CAN'T! GPL always GPL so if you want like the question you can choose Creative Common License.

Creative Common License is many. U can choose as u want.

Nice, but I don't trust this license by just putting an ugly logo and disclaimer... In Bulgaria the commercial licenses are registered in database in government insitution (like a patent) and when somebody steals it - you can sue him...

How I can proof that the software I made is mine if there is no such database?

see it's not working... I am making a CMS which people can freely use and mod however they want. However I want to copyright the work so nobody can claim that it's his own. How I can proove that

- put copyright in every script
- put license in your CMS website
- put copyright in footer like
