Please Help ?? I can not flash my e398

I try to flash my friend e398 but always blink....n the sw version can not change,...
i has follow the instruction to flash this phone but still can not process
(just for this handphone / because i try to flash my own e398 and always success..)

boot loader 07.d0
sw version: r372_G_0E_20_c1R

and then flash any R373 MP for e398

yes.... i has flash with 42_for_all_CG7_only one ..
on screed show sw upgrade and flash success
but when flash with mp 373 after successfull flash the screen blink
and only can bootloader...

after flash with mp 373 the sw version shoul be change but is not... still 372 ....

i prefer using This when i first flashing my e398 for the first time

i have problem before flash with 42 for all...

my phone can not turn into boot loader but still connect with ramldr

after erase and restore pds and boot loader using flash back up on screen say

MEM_MAP Blank...

on this step wheter i can flash direct with 42 for all using MMF??
