I hope there isn't a thread on this, cause i search didnt find it.
How do i change the start up and shut down animation on my phone, and also the sounds, i tried the tutorial on another website, but i did it wrong because it didnt work. I tried editting the seems but no luck.

simple, just change the animation of startup and shutdown in a/ partition! it named as cust...gif, change em with ur custom animation! For the sounds, they r in c/mobile/audio, named as cust...mp3. Just replace em, U can upload ur customizations using p2ktools... Thanks!

Umm... do u name 'em as the replaced
eg: it should be like custgoodbye.gif, custwakeup.gif, cust_start~up.mp3, Power~down.mp3. 100%works. Double check all steps!

looks like i cant do anything correct, really.
yeah i found the audio in the " c " part, but i couldnt find the startup and shutdown animation in my "a" or "c", i used p2k tools3

What MP u use now, I use MotoHell MP and I found these media files
But I use minicommander java application to find 'em...

What MP that u used? Maybe ur MP doesn't used this feature. So you need to edit seem. CMIIW.  |

@all: thanx for the advice, and i did mean original although someone had flashed my phone before, beore i knew what i was doing. i dont want to flash it with an mp ccuz im not sure if i could do it, and yes i have read the tutorials.
