Hi all, I have a problem with my email.
I want to send email through my phone (E1-ROKR). I was set my email setting correctly.
The problem is I can't send the email if the size is more than 10KB. I don't find any problem if the email size is less than 10KB, everything is as normal. What's wrong with that? Need editing seem or patching?
I kindly hope the Hell can help me to solve my problem.
Thanks B4... Wink

@Zhang,
Check ur size restriction in account setting, default is 10240.
Try to change that number.

I already changed it but it can't solve the problem. Furthermore, if i send an email which is bigger than 10KB, my phone will automatically restart. Sad

Mmm... No problem about MMS, I can send more than 100KB, because I using MMS_1000KB. Smiley
Mmm... I still confuse about email, if I attach a picture more than 10KB, my phone automatically restart, but if I attach many pictures (less than 10KB for each), the email sending successfully. Smiley
It's very strange... Is it the correct way of doing it (by attaching small size pictures)? Huh?
Any suggestions?
