I have motorola PST 6.7 (I have and 7.2.3 too, but its not work), and I download "R372-E373 Upgrade Pack" with tutorial.
I run mu MFF, and chek "enable flex", select "R373 Flash Enabler" flex file, and when I click Start, MFF show me this dialog:

What I must to do, please help me!

Ah.. I forgot anything about MFF.. BTW,you can use FB 2.62 and flash 42R_FOR_ALL Mp..

Your phone must be set to ON position when you are flashing flash enabler.hs

 Dont check the 'enable flex' options,just check 'enable flash,powerdown phone,and overriding existing...',select R372-for-all flash file,and start flashing.or U can use FB 2.62 or RSD lite.Its quite simple.dont forget to make backup first.I get the same problem in my first flashing using MFF.
