calling problem

i would like to tell you about my problem.
sometimes when i'm calling someone, i hear the phone still ringing after the other person has answered.
the time meter is running but i still hear it ringing.
could it be because of the no busy audio channel patch because at that moment my bttery was low.
help will be appreciated.

i did change my mp but it still happens sometimes. i don't know why. if it is my operator's fault then how do i fix it?
